Overview
WRKR ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles and how it is kept private. WRKR is built around a single principle: we do not collect any personal data — ever.
Information We Collect
None. WRKR does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. WRKR has no backend or servers of its own, collects no analytics, and contains no third-party SDKs. There are no accounts, no advertising and no advertising identifiers. Our App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
Your Worksite Data
- Everything you put into WRKR — your worksites, your crew members and their names, every logged hour, any billing or pay rates, notes, and your app preferences — is stored locally on your device, in a database belonging to the app.
- WRKR does not sync your data to iCloud or to any service. Your log stays on the device it was created on.
- Deleting the app deletes all of it. Because nothing is uploaded, there are no other copies to remove.
Email Export
- When you email a report, WRKR builds the summary and the CSV attachment on your device and hands them to your own Mail app (or, if the device has no mail account, to the iOS share sheet). You choose the recipient and you press send.
- Nothing about a report is sent to us. We never see who you send it to or what it contains. Once sent, the report is in the hands of your email provider and the recipient, like any other email you write.
- The CSV contains what you logged: site names, worker names, dates, hours, any rates and any notes. Take that into account before sending a report to a third party.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not require an account, email address, name, or phone number.
- We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
- We do not include advertising or any advertising identifiers.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not access your photos, contacts, calendar, location, or other device data.
Purchases
- WRKR is free, with up to 2 active worksites and 3 crew members. WRKR Pro is a single one-time purchase that removes those limits. There is no subscription.
- The transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information — the app only reads whether the purchase is present on your Apple Account.
Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on your device, protected by Apple's standard device security.
- WRKR makes no network requests of its own.
Your Rights & Controls
- Delete an entry, a worker or a site: Remove anything from the log at any time from inside the app.
- Erase everything: Settings inside WRKR has an "Erase everything" option that deletes every worksite, worker and logged hour.
- Delete all data: Deleting the app removes everything.
Children's Privacy
WRKR is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires) without verified parental consent.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective" date.
