WRKR is for the person who runs a few worksites at once and needs to know, at the end of the week, how many hours went into each one and who put them there. It is not a payroll system and it is not a project-management suite. It is the notebook a small contractor keeps in the van — sites, crew, hours — with the arithmetic done for you and a report you can send in one go.
Every worksite on one screen, sorted by the hours going into it this week. Each card leads with total man-hours. Open a site for the per-project view: totals for the week, month, quarter, year or all time, the split per worker with share bars, and the full list of entries underneath. Swipe a finished site left to archive it — the hours stay, the card gets out of the way.
The people whose hours get logged, each with their total and the projects their time went to. Running solo? You do not need to add anyone — hours can be logged straight onto a site as unassigned.
The orange Log button is reachable from every tab. Pick the day, pick the site, pick the hours — presets of 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12, or nudge by half an hour — and tap the crew who were there. WRKR writes one entry per selected worker, so a whole crew-day is logged in one go. Select nobody and the hours land on the site as unassigned.
The Hours tab is the running log, grouped by day with a per-day total and filterable by site and worker. Swipe to delete, tap to edit. Reports shows man-hours for the period with a daily bar chart and breakdowns per project and per worker; the arrows step back through previous weeks, months, quarters or years.
Send all projects from the Sites header, one project from its own menu, or whatever Reports is showing. Pick a period, optionally tick specific sites, and WRKR drafts an email in your Mail app: a readable summary in the message body plus a CSV attachment with every line, ready for a client or a bookkeeper. If the device has no mail account set up, the report goes to the share sheet instead.
Optionally give a site a billing rate and a worker a pay rate, and WRKR shows labour cost against what the site bills. Rates are snapshotted onto each entry when it is logged, so changing someone's rate later never rewrites history. If you would rather not see money at all, one switch in Settings turns WRKR into a pure hours tracker.
The whole interface is available in English and Danish, switchable in-app from Reports → gear → Language / Sprog, applied immediately. Dates, decimals and currency follow the chosen language too.
No account. No backend. No analytics, no ads, no third-party SDKs. Every site, worker and logged hour lives on your device and nowhere else. The only thing that ever goes anywhere is a report you choose to send, and it goes through your own Mail app.
WRKR is free to use with up to 2 active worksites and 3 crew members. Logging hours, reports and the email/CSV export are all free — the free tier is the whole app, just for a small operation. WRKR Pro removes the site and crew limits for a one-time purchase of $9.99. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
