By downloading, installing, or using Sterkt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sterkt for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not Medical Advice
Sterkt provides general training information — exercise demonstrations, routine structure, and notes on eating and recovery. None of this is medical advice, and Sterkt is not a substitute for one. It does not account for your individual health history, injuries, or physical limitations. Consult a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified fitness professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury, or are new to exercise. Stop any movement immediately if it causes pain and seek appropriate care.
Price
Sterkt is free to download and free to use, with a starter set of 22 exercises and one routine. Sterkt Pro unlocks the full exercise library, unlimited routines, and every routine template.
Sterkt Pro is sold three ways: an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $2.99, an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $19.99 which begins with a 1-week free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase at $34.99 which does not renew. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in your local storefront.
Auto-renewing subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, or from Settings inside Sterkt. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms; restoring a previous purchase is available from within the app.
Your Content
- Your routines and logged workouts belong to you and are stored on your device. Sterkt does not sync or upload them.
- Sterkt does not claim any ownership of anything you record.
Reminders
- Reminders are delivered by iOS notifications. Their delivery depends on your notification settings, Focus modes, Low Power Mode, and the state of your device.
- Sterkt is not a safety-critical system. Do not rely on it as the only mechanism for anything where a missed alert would cause harm.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- Not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Use good judgment with any equipment, load, or exercise the app demonstrates, and stop if something feels wrong.
Data Loss Disclaimer
Sterkt stores your routines and logged workouts locally and does not sync or back them up to any service of ours. Deleting the app, resetting the device, or a device failure will remove your training log. Device backups made through iCloud or a computer are handled by Apple and are outside our control. We are not responsible for lost data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sterkt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every reminder will be delivered. Exercise demonstrations are general guidance, not a personalized program, and are provided without warranty as to suitability for your individual circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Sterkt — including injury sustained while training, missed reminders, or lost data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
