Sterkt ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles and how it is kept private. Sterkt is built around a single principle: we do not collect any personal data — ever.
Information We Collect
None. Sterkt does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Sterkt has no servers of its own, collects no analytics, and contains no third-party SDKs. There are no accounts and no advertising identifiers. Our App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
Your Training Data
- Everything you put into Sterkt — your routines, every logged workout, your app preferences and your custom settings — is stored locally on your device, in a single file belonging to the app.
- Sterkt does not sync your data to iCloud or anywhere else. Your log stays on the device it was created on.
- Deleting the app deletes all of it. Because nothing is uploaded, there are no other copies to remove.
Reminders & Notifications
- Sterkt can remind you on training days. Reminders are local notifications, scheduled and delivered entirely on your device — they never leave the phone and are never routed through a server of ours or anyone else's.
- Permission is only requested when you turn reminders on. You can decline and still use every other part of the app.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not require an account, email address, name, or phone number.
- We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
- We do not include advertising or any advertising identifiers.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not access your photos, contacts, calendar, location, or other device data.
Purchases
- Sterkt is free, with a starter set of 22 exercises and one routine. Sterkt Pro unlocks the full exercise library, unlimited routines and every routine template — as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- The transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information — the app only reads whether the purchase is active on your Apple Account.
Data Storage & Security
- All training data is stored on your device, protected by Apple's standard device security.
- Sterkt makes no network requests of its own.
Your Rights & Controls
- Delete a routine or a logged workout: Remove any entry from your training log at any time.
- Delete all data: Deleting the app removes everything.
- Turn off reminders: Revoke notification permission for Sterkt in iOS Settings at any time.
Children's Privacy
Sterkt is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires) without verified parental consent.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective" date.
