Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PCKR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PCKR for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Purchases
- PCKR offers a free tier that includes up to 2 trips and core packing-list features.
- PCKR Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited trips, weather forecasts, real sightseeing recommendations, full activity-based packing suggestions, and the Editorial and Playful app themes — permanently, with no recurring charges.
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Because PCKR Pro is a one-time purchase, there is no auto-renewal, no subscription period, and nothing to cancel.
- If you reinstall PCKR or switch to a new device signed in to the same Apple ID, you can restore your Pro access at any time by tapping "Restore Purchases" inside the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
Free Tier Limits
- The free tier allows you to create up to 2 trips at a time.
- You may delete trips to make room for new ones, or unlock PCKR Pro with a one-time purchase for unlimited trips.
- Free-tier limits and feature availability may change over time. We will not retroactively restrict trips you have already created.
User Content
- Trip data you create in PCKR (destinations, packing items, notes, sightseeing items) belongs to you and is stored locally on your device.
- You are responsible for any custom content you add to your trips.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- Not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Not abuse third-party services accessed through the app (such as the Open-Meteo APIs).
Travel Information Disclaimer
PCKR provides general packing suggestions, weather forecasts, and sightseeing ideas as a convenience. These are not a substitute for official travel guidance:
- Weather forecasts come from third-party providers and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.
- Packing suggestions are based on general patterns and may not cover every personal need, medical requirement, or local regulation.
- Sightseeing suggestions are informational only — check official sources for opening hours, ticketing, and safety.
- You are responsible for verifying visa, passport, vaccination, and customs requirements with official sources before traveling.
Disclaimer
PCKR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, the availability of third-party services, or the accuracy of weather, geocoding, or sightseeing data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate weather data, missed flights, forgotten items, or third-party service interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
