Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DailyFeels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DailyFeels for personal, non-commercial purposes.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
One-tap mood logging is free forever. DailyFeels also offers two optional paid things, which are separate from each other:
DailyFeels+ (auto-renewing subscription)
- DailyFeels+ is an auto-renewing subscription. It is offered as Yearly — $19.99, including a 1-week free trial, or Monthly — $2.99. Those are US prices; the price in your own currency is shown in the app before you buy, and varies by region.
- DailyFeels+ unlocks mood insights, custom reminder times, six colour themes, and removes ads. Logging, statistics, streaks, CSV export, iCloud sync, the widget and reminders remain free.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings — iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling is not done inside the app, and deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Both DailyFeels+ plans are Family Shareable.
Remove Ads (one-time purchase)
- The $0.99 Remove Ads one-time purchase is unchanged and still available. It is not a subscription, it never renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
- If you have already bought it, it is honoured permanently and is unaffected by DailyFeels+.
- Remove Ads is a single-account purchase and is not Family Shareable.
Existing customers
- If you first downloaded DailyFeels before 7 August 2026, every DailyFeels+ feature is unlocked for you free, permanently, with nothing to buy and no action needed. Ads are governed separately — they are only removed by the Remove Ads purchase or an active DailyFeels+ subscription.
All purchases
- All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policy, not by us.
- Restore Purchases is available in Settings and on the DailyFeels+ screen if you reinstall or change device.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app.
- Not use the app in any way that could damage or impair it.
Disclaimer
DailyFeels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The app is intended for personal mood tracking and is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
Apple's Standard EULA
