License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Colores for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Subscriptions & Purchases
- Colores offers a free tier with 5 coloring page conversions.
- A monthly subscription unlocks unlimited single-page conversions.
- A lifetime purchase unlocks all features permanently, including coloring booklets.
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
Generated Content
- Coloring pages generated by the app are derived from your own photos.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you provide to the app.
- You retain all rights to your source photos and the coloring pages you create.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app.
- Not use the app in any way that could damage or impair it.
- Not use the app to process images you do not have the right to use.
Disclaimer
Colores is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The quality of generated coloring pages may vary depending on the source photo. We do not guarantee specific results from the image processing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
